Italian company RCF presents paintable flush mounting ceiling speakers for the ultimate

PLF 30 is a flush-mount ceiling 3” loudspeaker with an
internal transformer that allows direct connection to 100 V constant voltage
lines. The false-ceiling installation is made through 2 spring clips without
using tools and other additional attachment components. The system has a 3"
wide-range transducer with flat diaphragm with built-in multi-tapped
transformer for 100/70V constant voltage connection. The body in
self-extinguishing plastic has a front paintable flat cone in white, which
conveniences upkeep and décor options.
